The “Summer of Sabrina” shows no sign of slowing down, with Sabrina Carpenter’s influence stretching well into the fall. Following a string of recent successes, including multiple Grammy nominations, the pop star and ice cream collaborator is now inspiring a unique coffee pop-up event in Los Angeles. This week, Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet Café is taking over the West Hollywood location of Verve Coffee, offering fans a chance to enjoy drinks and merchandise inspired by her latest album.
According to Eater Los Angeles, the pop-up is a collaboration with Cash App and features a completely redesigned space. The café’s décor reflects the light, playful aesthetic of Carpenter’s album Short n’ Sweet, with a vibrant mix of light blue tones, hearts, and images of the singer herself. Notably, the café also includes a quirky love seat designed to look like a pair of bright red lips.
The drink menu pays homage to Carpenter’s music with a variety of creative options. One standout is the Dumb & Poetic Latte, made with lavender, honey, oat milk, and espresso. Another popular choice is the Common Sense Chai, named after a lyric from Carpenter’s hit song Coincidence. This chai can be served hot or cold, with or without espresso, and also features a seasonal pumpkin-flavored variant. Fans of Carpenter’s iconic “butterfly haircut” can try the Butterfly Boba Matcha, which combines strawberry boba pearls, strawberry syrup, high-quality matcha, and iced milk (unflavored for some).
The pop-up also offers exclusive merchandise, including t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, mugs, and socks—all designed with a Sabrina-meets-coffee theme. Those who use their Cash App Visa card will receive a 30% discount on purchases, up to $40.
The Short n’ Sweet Café will be open from Friday, November 15 to Sunday, November 17, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Verve Coffee’s West Hollywood location, 8925 Melrose Avenue. As fans line up for their coffee fix, they can also enjoy the pop star’s latest music, including her catchy hit that taught the world how to spell “espresso.”
