Glasgow’s Southern Cup Coffee and Café Closes After 18 Months of Operation
Glasgow, KY – After just 18 months in business, Southern Cup Coffee and Café is closing its doors, leaving local residents to say farewell to the popular spot.
The owners explained that rising costs and the need to focus on one of their children prompted the difficult decision to shut down. They shared that despite their best efforts to keep the business afloat, the challenges became too great to overcome.
“As much as we tried to push through, the time has come where we can no longer navigate these challenges,” the owners said in a statement.
The café will officially be listed for sale as of Tuesday, December 11.
