A new Black Sheep Coffee shop has opened in Liverpool’s city centre, expanding the brand’s presence after its successful launch in the city in 2022. The latest location, situated on Whitechapel, has been franchised by Monuar Moni, who will manage the shop’s daily operations and growth. This marks Monuar’s first venture into the Black Sheep Coffee business.
Monuar expressed excitement about the potential for further expansion, telling the ECHO that he hopes to open another store in the city centre. Although plans are still in the early stages, he is optimistic about the prospects, citing the “great location” as a key factor in the shop’s success.
The Whitechapel shop spans two units previously occupied by Caffè Nero and a mobile phone clinic. During the day, the store operates as a traditional coffee shop, but in the evening, it transforms into a cocktail bar, offering a unique twist to the usual coffeehouse experience.
