The Millbrook City Council has approved the site plan for a new 7 Brew Coffee drive-thru location. The coffee shop will be situated on an outparcel near Publix, off Highway 14. The proposal was submitted by Mike Gray, Vice President of Development at Southern Brew Corporation, with the location set at 42 Kelley Boulevard, zoned as B-2 (Individual Stores).
Wells Holiday P.E. from Tacall Companies/Southern Brew Corp. presented the site plan at the council meeting. The business will occupy a 1.52-acre lot and feature a 522-square-foot drive-thru coffee service. The design will include James Hardie Hardipanels with board and batten, brick accents, aluminum trim, metal canopies, flexible LED lighting, and glass storefront windows and doors.
With the site plan approved, construction is expected to begin shortly, with the coffee shop slated for completion later this year.
