Sunroom Coffee has officially settled into a new permanent home in Salt Lake City. After gaining popularity as a mobile trailer and pop-up at Hardware Apartments, the coffee shop has relocated to the first floor of the Salt Lake Crossing apartments at 470 W. 200 North, Suite 100.
Known for its cold-foam-forward drinks, Sunroom Coffee has become a favorite among locals. A standout drink? The iced matcha lattes, which have garnered quite a fan base.
The café’s new space offers a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere, complete with a variety of comfortable seating options. During a recent Wednesday afternoon visit, the shop was buzzing with laptop users, making it clear that it has become a go-to spot for both coffee lovers and remote workers.
Opened in late December, Sunroom Coffee has also expanded its hours, now staying open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday. This makes it one of the latest-closing coffee shops in Salt Lake City, catering to night owls and early risers alike.
