Farm Cup Coffee, a popular café in West Hollywood, is now up for sale. The prime retail space, located at 7748 Santa Monica Blvd, is listed for lease with the possibility of acquiring the café truck that is permitted for use on the property.
The 750 to 1,300-square-foot space, previously built out for a restaurant or café, features a rare café truck and offers the potential to add a hood or change the usage. The space is available for immediate occupancy under a sublease or new lease agreement. The asking price for key money is $100,000, and the current rent is $4,500 per month, including triple net lease fees. Tenants would be responsible for utilities.
Built in 1923, the property provides 24-hour access, air conditioning, and street parking. Additionally, there is an option to expand with an extra 550 square feet at the rear.
Farm Cup Coffee, known for its unique yellow vintage 1964 Citroën van inside the storefront, opened in West Hollywood in spring 2021. Specializing in organic, single-origin coffee sourced directly from farm owners, the café also prioritizes roasting at the source to ensure farmers receive the highest profit.
Emerson Haro and his boyfriend Tony Yuan, who co-own the café, were inspired by a mobile coffee shop they encountered during a 2017 trip to the Mayan Riviera. After experiencing setbacks from the COVID-19 pandemic and mechanical issues with their van, they transitioned to a permanent storefront, where their business continued to grow.
