The 7th annual Creative Coffee Week (CCW) will be held from July 24-26, 2024, at FNB’s Acacia House in Durban. The event, presented in partnership with FNB, will feature top names in specialty coffee, including Patrik Rolf of Denmark’s April Coffee, making his South African debut. Rolf will present the latest global coffee trends to industry professionals.
The event will also introduce the April Brewers Cup, showcasing top baristas from across South Africa. Andrew Nicholson of Windrose Coffee in Oman and Miranda Caldwell, The Coffee MBA, will join Rolf, offering expertise in Yemeni coffee and business insights, respectively.
Melanie Winter, editor-at-large of Coffee Magazine, highlights the significance of hosting such international talent in Durban, while FNB’s Jayendran Pillay underscores the bank’s commitment to supporting the local coffee sector.
