Stone Valley Coffee Roasters Launches Coffee Ice Cream

by Jessica

Stone Valley Coffee Roasters in Clonakilty has debuted a new coffee ice cream, perfect for those hot days when a warm drink doesn’t hit the spot.

This treat is a result of a partnership with Coolmore Farmhouse, a local brand known for its natural ice cream made from milk of contented cows and free from artificial additives. The ice cream blends Stone Valley’s Clon-roasted coffee with local ingredients like Koko Kinsale chocolate, Bushby’s strawberries, Valley View Farm eggs, and Coolmore Bees honey.

Stone Valley announced their excitement on social media:

“We’re thrilled about our collaboration with Coolmore Farmhouse! Their ice cream, featuring our coffee beans, is fantastic. Alongside our coffee flavor, we offer vanilla, vanilla hazelnut, chocolate, stout, and honeycomb.”

You can now find these flavors at their Clonakilty café, with Coolmore Farmhouse ice cream appearing in nearby stores soon.
