7 Brew Coffee is set to open a new location in Perrysburg Township this spring, pending final approval from local officials. The franchise will be located on U.S. 20 in the Kohl’s Department Store parking lot.
The township zoning board of appeals recently approved a variance to reduce the parking space requirements, requested by Toth & Associates on behalf of Brew Team OH LLC and Kohl’s.
The new 7 Brew will occupy a 500-square-foot space with a double drive-through and a walk-up window, replacing 76 Kohl’s parking spots. It will have 12 parking spaces and operate from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., with extended hours on weekends.
Matt Books, director of operations, said the store will employ 50 to 60 people. It will offer a range of beverages, including its signature Blondie coffee, and aims to provide top-notch customer service.
7 Brew, which began in Arkansas in 2017 and started franchising in 2021, is expanding in Ohio with additional locations planned for Lima and Tiffin. The company targets opening 30 new sites over the next few years.
