Plans for two new 7 Brew Coffee locations in Santa Rosa County are underway, with proposals filed for Navarre and Pace. While none of the projects have yet received final approval, the coffee chain is steadily working to establish a presence in the area.

New Proposals Under Review

In late August, developers submitted a proposal for a 7 Brew Coffee shop in Pace, followed by a pre-application meeting with Santa Rosa County Development Services. However, this project remains pending county approval.

The latest proposal, filed on Nov. 11, outlines plans for a 7 Brew location in Navarre. County officials are set to meet with the development team for a pre-application discussion on Nov. 21.

The first proposal for a 7 Brew in Santa Rosa County was filed in July for a location in Tiger Point. Developers held discussions with the county on Aug. 6, but approval for this project is also still pending.

What Is 7 Brew?

7 Brew Coffee, a drive-thru-only coffee chain, began in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017. Known for its diverse menu, the chain offers coffee, smoothies, shakes, and in-house energy drinks. Although it does not sell food, the brand is recognized for its customizable coffee options and customer-focused drive-thru service, akin to the operational model of Chick-fil-A.

Planned Santa Rosa County Locations

Three locations have been proposed in Santa Rosa County:

  • Tiger Point: Filed in July, this location at 3876 Gulf Breeze Parkway would include 21 parking spaces and sit next to Panda Express.
  • Pace: Filed in August, plans for this store at 4880 U.S. 90 feature eight parking spaces.
  • Navarre: The most recent proposal, filed in November, is for a store at 8534 Navarre Parkway. This location is designed with 21 parking spots and an additional pass-by lane to improve drive-thru traffic flow.

All three proposed sites feature double drive-thru lanes, emphasizing the brand’s focus on efficient customer service.

7 Brew Expands in Escambia County

7 Brew has also made strides in Escambia County, where a single project was approved for development in September. The store will be located at 5305 N. Davis Highway in the Home Depot Plaza, next to Smalls Sliders. The site will offer 13 parking spaces.

Originally planned for the former Checkers site on North Davis Highway, developers revised the project and submitted updated plans in June, which were subsequently approved.

Where to Find 7 Brew Coffee

Currently, there is no operational 7 Brew Coffee in the Pensacola Metropolitan Area, although the approved Escambia County location is in development.

Nearby, 7 Brew operates locations within 50 miles of Pensacola in Bay Minette, Crestview, and Foley, with additional shops in Fort Walton Beach and Niceville. Statewide, 7 Brew has 18 active locations in Florida, according to its website.

As the chain works to expand its footprint in the region, coffee enthusiasts can look forward to the potential arrival of 7 Brew’s signature drive-thru experience in Santa Rosa County.
