DUBLIN, IRELAND — Grindstone Speciality Coffee, a popular Dublin 16 favorite, is bringing its exceptional coffee and artisanal offerings to the heart of Dublin’s Docklands with the opening of a new café at the Dublin Landings development on Wednesday, December 4.

The €700 million Dublin Landings project has transformed the area into a vibrant business hub, home to major institutions like the Central Bank, the National Treasury Management Agency, and the upcoming Citi Bank headquarters. With tech giants such as Microsoft and Salesforce already established nearby, the addition of Grindstone will provide a much-needed destination for coffee lovers in the area.
