Gregory’s Coffee, the East Coast-based coffee franchise, is expanding to the Bay Area with new locations in Palo Alto and Milpitas.
Founded in New York, Gregory’s Coffee is a family-owned business that has grown to several states, including New Jersey, Texas, and Illinois. Now, the beloved cafe is bringing its signature beverages to California.
In addition to its popular coffee offerings, Gregory’s serves tea, refreshers, and juices. Some of its specialty drinks include the “Fall Oat Boy,” which features espresso blended with cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, hazelnut, and oat milk. Another standout is the Biscotti Testarossa, a creamy espresso drink with hazelnut, almond, milk, and a topping of mascarpone cold foam, finished with a hint of orange zest.
For food, the cafe offers breakfast sandwiches, along with unique treats like matcha and s’mores brownies.
The Palo Alto location will be at the Stanford Shopping Center, while the Milpitas store is slated for the Great Mall. Although no specific opening dates have been confirmed, Gregory’s Coffee’s website indicates both locations will open in early 2025.
