Ghost Note Coffee, a specialty coffee shop from Capitol Hill, has officially opened its second location in downtown Seattle.
The new café is located on the ground floor of the iconic Seattle Tower, a historic 27-story building that was once the tallest in the West when completed in 1928. Known for its Art Deco design, the Seattle Tower was originally called Northern Life Tower.
The new location, situated at the corner of 3rd Avenue and University Street, fills a gap in a downtown area with few coffee options nearby. The café’s expansion follows the success of its flagship store at 1623 Bellevue Avenue in Capitol Hill.
Jason Miller, First Vice President at Kidder Mathews, represented DP Bunker Hill, LLC in the leasing process. He remarked that “retailers are beginning to have more confidence in the downtown market,” and noted that this new lease reflects the resilience of Seattle’s local business community.
