At the SIGEP World exhibition from January 18 to 22, illycaffè will introduce its new Arabica Selection Brazil Cerrado Mineiro whole-bean coffee, produced using 100% regenerative agriculture. The 1.5-kilogram whole-bean can, designed for the HoReCa channel, has been certified by the regenerative agriculture program regenagri.
illycaffè has long supported regenerative agriculture as part of its efforts to mitigate climate change. The company emphasizes the importance of practices that reduce environmental impact, restore soil fertility, increase biodiversity, and provide stable income for producers.
At its stand, illycaffè will also showcase the Illetta, a professional coffee machine designed by Antonio Citterio, which was launched in Italy in 2024. Illetta features revolutionary technology that enhances coffee quality and offers exclusive customisation, all while upholding the highest design and sustainability standards.
In addition, the company will display its professional machine, the illy X2.2, designed for use with E.S.E. pods. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about how illycaffè, the first Italian coffee company to achieve B Corp certification, applies environmental and social responsibility principles in its operations.
