Ziggi’s Coffee, the U.S.-based coffee chain known for its drive-thru concept, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Stacey Kane as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Tom Seeker as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Kane, who will serve on a part-time basis, brings over 25 years of experience in restaurant marketing. She has held senior roles, including Vice President of Marketing at California Tortilla, CMO for East Coast Wings, and Senior Director of Marketing at ThinkFoodGroup. At Ziggi’s Coffee, Kane will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, focusing on social media and data management.
Brandon Knudsen, CEO and co-founder of Ziggi’s Coffee, expressed enthusiasm about Kane’s appointment: “With more than 100 stores open and counting, we’re excited about the creative ideas Stacey will bring as we continue our growth into 2025.”
Seeker will focus on optimizing Ziggi’s technology infrastructure to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and the customer experience. He previously served as CIO at Earl Enterprises in Florida, where he managed IT operations for 290 locations. Knudsen praised Seeker’s expertise: “Tom’s experience with renowned restaurant brands will be key in helping us build the strong tech foundation we need for continued growth.”
Ziggi’s Coffee, founded in Longmont, Colorado, in 2004, opened its first drive-thru location in 2010 and began franchising in 2016. The company reached 100 locations in October 2024 and now has over 200 stores in development.
