Kestrel Coffee Roasters to Open New Location at Burlington Airport

by Jessica

Kestrel Coffee Roasters, a popular local coffee chain in Chittenden County, is set to open its fourth location at the Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport (BTV) in Summer 2025. The announcement was made by airport officials on Tuesday.

The local chain, which currently operates two locations in Burlington and one in South Burlington, has been serving up locally roasted coffee, fresh smoothies, sandwiches, and pastries since its founding in 2018. The new airport location will offer the same menu items as its other cafés, with a focus on quick service for busy travelers.
