Tokyo boasts a vibrant cafe scene, with countless options vying for attention. To stand out, cafes need to offer something truly unique. Ruru Shibuya does just that, offering a one-of-a-kind experience with its “water tables,” where customers feel like their meals are floating on water.
Since its opening in December at Shibuya Sakura Stage, Ruru Shibuya has gained significant attention on social media. Located in Shibuya’s Sakuragaoka-cho, this commercial facility had its grand opening in July of the previous year. The building is large and can be difficult to navigate, with two sections known as the “Shibuya Side” and “Sakura Side,” located across the street from each other.
