Monsoon Roastery Plans Expansion to Worcester with New Coffee Bar

Monsoon Roastery, a coffee roasting company based in Springfield, is set to expand its operations into Worcester. The company will open a new coffee bar and retail space at the Worcester Public Market, according to co-owner Timothy Monson, who shared the news at the city’s license commission meeting on Thursday.

Monson confirmed that Monsoon Roastery has signed a lease with the market and is in the process of completing all necessary applications to open the new location.

“We’ve been part of the Springfield community for just over seven years now,” Monson said. “Now, we’re looking to expand our brand eastward, from Western Massachusetts toward Boston.”
