Kestrel Coffee Roasters is set to open its fourth location at Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport (BTV) this summer. The new café will be situated with a view overlooking the Terminal Integration Project escalators.
Nic Longo, the director of aviation at Leahy BTV, expressed enthusiasm for the addition, stating that Kestrel “will provide our passengers and employees with a high-quality, Vermont-crafted experience.” He emphasized the airport’s commitment to supporting local businesses that enhance the overall BTV experience, noting that Kestrel is an ideal addition to the airport community.
