7 Brew Coffee, a drive-thru coffee chain based in Arkansas, is set to open its first location in St. Johns County. The new store will be located at Elevation Pointe, situated at County Road 208 and Florida 16.
This will be the chain’s fourth location in Northeast Florida, joining existing stores in Jacksonville at 3264 Gerona Drive E. and 7788 Normandy Blvd., as well as in Fernandina Beach at 1940 S. 14th St.
The civil engineering for the St. Johns County location is being handled by CEI Engineering, based in Bentonville, Arkansas. The land is owned by Brookstone Partners of Hollywood, Florida, through Cornerstone Collard Augustine LLC.
7 Brew Coffee currently operates 341 stands across 32 states. The company was founded in 2017 in Rogers, Arkansas, where it remains headquartered.
