Ellianos Coffee, a Southeast-based drive-thru specialty coffee brand, announced Monday that construction has started on its first North Carolina location in Mooresville. Situated in the shopping center at the intersection of Brawley School Road and Stutts Road, this new store marks a major milestone for the brand as it expands into the Tar Heel State.
Known for its premium coffee drinks, smoothies, and food offerings, Ellianos promises quick, friendly service alongside high-quality beverages. The move into Mooresville aligns with the company’s strategic growth plan and its goal of bringing its unique blend of quality and convenience to new markets.

Ellianos’ menu includes Signature Creations like the Caffe Dolce Latte, iced Tuscany Toffee Latte, and the Cookies and Cream Freezer. For non-coffee drinkers, the brand also offers fruit smoothies, energy drinks, teas, and refreshers. Additionally, Ellianos serves a variety of food items, including breakfast sandwiches, New York-style bagels, and hearty breakfast bowls with creamy homemade grits.
Over the past year, Ellianos has experienced significant growth, expanding in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, and offering franchise opportunities in other Southeastern states. The brand is actively seeking franchisees for territories in Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
Founded in 2002 by entrepreneurs Scott and Pam Stewart, Ellianos now operates 64 stores, with over 180 more in development.
