In celebration of Random Acts of Kindness Day on February 17, Dunkin’ surprised the staff and families at Cook Children’s Medical Center with a thoughtful coffee break.
The Dunkin’ Community Cruiser, a mobile coffee truck, arrived at the hospital to treat everyone to free 12-ounce samples of Caramel Iced Coffee and Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher. This gesture is part of Dunkin’s ongoing effort to give back to local communities, bringing a moment of joy to families facing challenging situations and showing appreciation to the hospital staff.
Random Acts of Kindness Day, celebrated every year on February 17, encourages individuals to spread positivity through simple acts of kindness—whether it’s surprising a colleague with a coffee or offering a ride to a neighbor.
The Dunkin’ Community Cruiser serves as a mobile resource for free hot and iced coffee at local events. It travels daily, bringing coffee to sporting events, charity walks, college campuses, parades, and more. In addition to large-scale events, the Cruiser also delivers coffee breaks to those who support the community, such as teachers, hospital employees, and organizations hosting employee appreciation days.
