Vacherin, a leading specialist caterer in London, has appointed Marc-Pierre Dietrich as its inaugural Head of Coffee. This new, specialized role has been created to accelerate Vacherin’s goal of delivering engaging, aspirational, and customer-focused coffee experiences that align with and influence the dynamic coffee scene in London.
Marc-Pierre brings a wealth of experience in the coffee industry, having held numerous prestigious roles, including Board Director at the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) — the precursor to the worldwide Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). He has also represented World Coffee Events (WCE), served on the SCA Instructional Design Committee for training, and was Head Judge for the World Barista Championship (WBC). Additionally, he has judged at various national championships across Europe, including Barista, Latte Art, Brewers Cup, Coffee in Good Spirits, and Cezve/Ibrik Turkish Coffee. His extensive expertise will guide Vacherin as it continues to innovate and elevate its coffee offerings.
