Kross Coffee Roasters in Chania, Crete, has earned a spot in the global coffee scene, ranking 15th in the world’s top coffee shop list. Established in 2017 at 73 Tsouderon Street, the coffee shop has since expanded to four other locations in the city: Nearchou 1, Tzanakaki 58, Dagkli 6, and Profiti Ilia 122.
Known for its high-quality coffee, Kross Coffee Roasters sources green coffee beans from respected farms in almost every coffee-producing country. The team has also participated in coffee championships and served as judges in various competitions, showcasing their expertise in the specialty coffee industry.
The ranking highlights global leaders in the coffee industry, with Sydney-based Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters taking the top spot. Other top coffee shops include Onyx Coffee Lab from Arkansas, Gota Coffee Experts from Vienna, Proud Mary Coffee from Melbourne, and Tim Wendelboe from Oslo. The top 10 also features coffee shops from Singapore, France, Malaysia, and Colombia.
