Pura Vida Coffee, a well-loved drive-thru coffee shop in downtown Bakersfield, has closed indefinitely following a car crash on Sunday. The crash caused significant damage to the building, including the bathroom and storage areas.
In a social media post on Wednesday, the company shared details of the incident. Officials stated that the crash knocked out power boxes and damaged critical parts of the structure. As a result, the building will need to be demolished and rebuilt.
