The winners of the 2025 Australian Coffee Championships have been announced, with this year’s competition highlighting the dominance of reigning champions. The event took place in Melbourne, with Criteria Coffee hosting on February 1-2 and Proud Mary Coffee on March 1-2.
Several titleholders successfully defended their crowns. Victor Vu of Ona Coffee retained his Latte Art title, while Frankie Shi of Infinity Coffee Roasters once again triumphed in the Cup Tasters category. Tom Hutchins of Code Black Coffee also held onto his Brewers Cup championship.
In the Coffee in Good Spirits category, Danny Wilson of Ona Coffee secured his fourth career title. Meanwhile, Ning Chi (Amber) Cheng of Code Black Coffee claimed victory in the Coffee Roasting Championship for the first time.
The Australian Specialty Coffee Association (ASCA) expressed its gratitude to participants, saying, “Your support made it all possible, and ASCA couldn’t be more grateful for the energy, passion, and dedication everyone brought to the event.”
