Since 2005, Java Joe’s has become more than just a coffee shop. After Manju Pandey took over in 2007, transforming a former smokehouse into a cozy local hub, Java Joe’s has grown from a small establishment with just seven employees to a thriving business with 14 dedicated staff members.
