DanoneWave, a Louisville, Colorado-based food and beverage company, has voluntarily recalled two flavors of International Delight coffee creamers following consumer complaints of spoilage and illness, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The recall, initiated on February 21, affects two varieties of the popular creamer brand. The Cinnabon Classic Cinnamon Roll International Delight Coffee Creamer (32 fluid ounces) with a best-by date of July 3, 2025, has been recalled, impacting 46,482 bottles. Additionally, the Hazelnut International Delight Coffee Creamer (32 fluid ounces) with a best-by date of July 2, 2025, has been recalled, affecting 28,572 bottles.
These products were distributed to retailers in 31 states, including Colorado. The FDA has classified the recall as Class II, meaning the affected items may cause temporary or medically reversible health issues. The recall is still ongoing.
DanoneWave was formed in 2017 after French multinational dairy company Danone acquired WhiteWave Foods, a Colorado-based firm, in a $10 billion deal. The company has not yet responded to media inquiries regarding the recall.
