Lucky Goat Coffee, a popular Florida-based coffee chain, has officially opened its first North Texas location in Frisco. The new café, located at 2440 Eldorado Parkway in West Towne Center, welcomed its first customers on March 20, offering a range of signature brews and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Founded in 2010 by Ben Pautsch, Lucky Goat Coffee originally started as a coffee roastery in Tallahassee, Florida, supplying beans to other local cafés. The business grew, evolving into a full-service coffee shop in 2015. With six thriving locations in Florida, Frisco now marks the brand’s expansion into Texas.
The Frisco location serves a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, with a special focus on brewed coffee and cold brews. Highlights include the Cold Gold and the Goat Bomb — a unique combination of cold brew and espresso. The café also offers chai lattes, matcha lattes, and hot chocolate for those looking for something cozy.
In addition to its drink menu, Lucky Goat Coffee serves freshly baked pastries, including kolaches, muffins, danishes, and scones, all sourced from a local bakery in Irving. Each Lucky Goat location has its own distinct charm, and the Frisco café is no exception, adding a new favorite spot for locals and coffee lovers alike.
