Cortes Ventures Inc., the independent operator behind multiple Red Bicycle Coffee locations, has officially opened its fifth café at Vintage Pleasant Grove. Led by husband-and-wife team Luis and Cyndi Cortes, the company continues its expansion in Middle Tennessee, strengthening its reputation for quality coffee and community-driven spaces.
As longtime residents of Mt. Juliet, Luis and Cyndi Cortes recognize the city’s rapid growth. While this expansion brings both opportunities and challenges, they hope the new Red Bicycle Coffee location will serve as a welcoming space where locals can connect and unwind.
Cortes Ventures operates Red Bicycle Coffee shops in Woodbine, Mt. Juliet, Nolensville, and Tanger Outlets, which they acquired in July 2024. Each location is known for its warm, inviting atmosphere and strong community ties.
The newest café is part of Vintage Pleasant Grove, an $82 million mixed-use development by TDK Companies and Imagine1 Company. Located north of Interstate 40, between the Mt. Juliet Road exit and the upcoming Central Pike exit, this is the third collaboration between the two developers, following the success of Vintage Station North and Vintage Edge.
With this latest addition, Red Bicycle Coffee continues its mission of providing high-quality coffee in spaces designed for connection and community.
