BIGGBY COFFEE Introduces Seasonal Drinks and Flavors

BIGGBY COFFEE, the fast-growing coffee franchise with over 430 locations, is launching its Limited Time Only (LTO) Spring menu, available from April 1 to May 21. This seasonal lineup features new beverages, food items, and exclusive promotions inspired by the fresh flavors of spring.

This year, BIGGBY is embracing lavender, which industry experts are calling the “Pumpkin Spice of Spring.” The versatile floral flavor pairs well with hot, iced, and frozen drinks, making it ideal for the season’s changing temperatures. The Spring menu includes a variety of lavender-based options: Honey Lavender Latte, White Lavender Matcha Tea Latte, Lavender London Fog, White Lavender Sweet Foam Cold Brew, and Lavender Lemonade. A sugar-free lavender syrup will also be available for those seeking a no-sugar alternative.

In addition to lavender, BIGGBY is introducing a brand-new flavor: MelonBerry Syrup, a blend of raspberry, strawberry, and watermelon. This fruity addition is featured in the MelonBerry BIGGBY® Blast (iced or frozen) and the MelonBerry Creme Freeze (lemonade-based). Customers can also add MelonBerry Syrup to any BIGGBY® Blast, Red Bull Mocktail, Creme Freeze, lemonade, or tea for a refreshing seasonal twist.
