Illycaffè, the Italian premium coffee maker, will be forced to raise prices if the U.S. administration imposes tariffs this week, CEO Cristina Scocchia announced on Tuesday.
Scocchia also mentioned that the company is considering building a plant in the U.S. in the long term if it becomes impacted by President Donald Trump’s “Liberation Day” tariffs, aimed at addressing trade imbalances and protecting American industries.
