Lavazza has launched two new pack-to-cup options—Lavazza Caramel and Lavazza Decaf Freshpacks—exclusively for Flavia coffee systems. These single-serve packets are designed to enhance both bold morning starts and smooth afternoon breaks with convenient brewing for coffee lovers.
Lavazza Caramel blends the rich flavor of caramel with 100% Arabica coffee, primarily sourced from Central and South America. This full-bodied, medium-roasted coffee caters to the growing trend of flavored coffees, with caramel ranking among the top three coffee flavors in the U.S. according to the 2023 US NCA Report.
Lavazza Decaf, on the other hand, offers a medium-roast coffee that delivers mild intensity and a smooth flavor, but without the caffeine. It is naturally decaffeinated using carbon dioxide, preserving the coffee’s rich aroma and taste. Lavazza notes that decaffeinated coffee is becoming increasingly popular, especially among younger consumers, and the new offering caters to this rising demand.
Lavazza has indicated that more innovations for Flavia systems are on the way, aiming to redefine office coffee experiences. Flavia, now operating under Lavazza North America Inc., continues to offer a variety of workplace beverage solutions, including coffee, tea, and other hot and cold drinks.
