Westrock Coffee Company has inaugurated a state-of-the-art roast-to-ready-to-drink manufacturing facility in Conway, Arkansas, establishing the largest facility of its kind in North America.
The sprawling 570,000-square-foot plant, constructed at a cost of $315 million, boasts a cutting-edge beverage development laboratory.

Equipped with the latest production capabilities, robotics, and end-to-end automation, the Conway facility ensures seamless manufacturing processes. The plant handles everything from green coffee receiving to roasting, grinding, extraction, bottling, and packaging, all under one roof.
According to Westrock Coffee, this holistic approach, combined with a uniquely future-ready, fully integrated design, enables the company to rapidly scale to meet growing industry demands while maintaining high quality standards.
To complement the new facility, Westrock Coffee has also established a 530,000-square-foot warehousing and distribution center located two miles away. This center is designed to streamline product distribution, reduce transportation times, and ensure a smooth, transparent flow of materials and finished goods.
