Blank Street is set to open its third Manchester café on Saturday, July 27, at The Trafford Centre, strategically positioned across from the new Sephora store. This marks an expansion of the coffee chain, which made its UK debut in 2022 and now boasts 34 locations in London and Manchester.
Patrons will have the opportunity to experience the latest additions to Blank Street’s summer menu, featuring innovative drinks such as Mango Passionfruit Matcha and Watermelon Matcha Spritz.
Ignacio Llado, UK Managing Director of Blank Street, expressed enthusiasm about the new opening: “The reception we’ve received in Manchester has been incredibly warm. It’s clear that there is a strong demand for more of our locations in the city.”

The new Blank Street location at The Trafford Centre will open its doors at 6:30 a.m. on July 27, situated at Cafe Outside 40 Regent Crescent, The Trafford Centre, Barton Dock Road, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 8AR.
