July 29, 2024 – Costa Coffee is making headlines with its substantial investment in sending 130 team members to the Olympic Games Paris 2024. As the official worldwide coffee partner, Costa Coffee will provide premium beverages at seven Paris venues throughout the summer.
The selected team members, from six countries including the UK, India, Poland, Malta, Cyprus, and the UAE, have undergone a rigorous selection and training process. Their roles will include operating six kiosks and over 110 self-serve Pacto machines, as well as hosting exclusive coffee masterclasses.
Katie Cotton, a Marketing Graduate and Team Manager, is thrilled to represent Costa Coffee at the Roland Garros Stadium. Field Service Engineer Colin Goodchild looks forward to showcasing Costa’s brand globally and engaging with diverse teams. Barista Maestro Ranij Basnet will lead coffee masterclasses in the Olympic Village, sharing his expertise and passion.
Nine team members will also serve as torchbearers, underscoring Costa Coffee’s commitment to their professional development. Marivic Navaja from Costa Coffee Kuwait is excited to represent her nationality and be part of the historic event.
