For the first time in nearly 40 years, Nespresso is expanding beyond coffee with a new line of sustainable honey products. The Nespresso Bloom collection, debuting August 7, includes honey and honey syrup made from bees pollinating coffee plants in Colombia.
Nespresso’s move into honey reflects its commitment to sustainability and taps into the growing trend of honey as a coffee sweetener. The honey products are designed to complement pastries, yogurt, macchiatos, and more, featuring floral flavors with caramel and vanilla notes.
Initially available at Nespresso Boutiques in New York City and San Francisco, the products will be sold nationwide on Nespresso’s website from August 21, priced at $18 per bottle.
In 2024, Nestlé reported that Colombian farmers produced nearly 2,000 pounds of honey, supported by Nespresso’s long-standing sustainability initiatives. The company, founded in 1986 and expanding into the U.S. in 1990, continues to see growth and increased market share in North America.
