Baltimore’s Board of Estimates has approved OneDo Coffee Roasters to lease a 1,156-square-foot space at the Inner Harbor, with an opening planned for next spring. The Canton-based coffee shop will offer hand-crafted coffees, teas, sandwiches, and salads.
Located at 300 Key Highway, the pavilion has been vacant since 2021. OneDo’s proposal was well-received for its strong business plan and understanding of the space’s needs. Gloria Hwang, owner of OneDo Coffee Roasters, expressed excitement about joining the Inner Harbor community and serving both locals and visitors.
The Baltimore Development Corp. and Waterfront Partnership facilitated the lease, aiming to enhance the Inner Harbor’s offerings and support local businesses. Rash Field Park, undergoing redevelopment, will soon feature new additions like an open lawn and walking paths.
