Fortnum & Mason has expanded its lower ground food hall with a new coffee counter, now open seven days a week. The counter features a diverse selection of coffee, hot chocolate, tea, pastries, and soft-serve ice cream.
In addition to the coffee counter, Fortnum & Mason has launched a tea subscription service, aiming to enhance its offerings for a broader customer base. Zoe Norman, Fortnum’s fresh buyer, highlighted the company’s commitment to meeting growing customer demand, particularly noting the increased interest in lunchtime options. “With our lunchtime offerings flourishing, we recognized the need to provide coffee and morning goods to accommodate customers before the lunch rush,” Norman told The Grocer.
Fortnum & Mason expressed their gratitude on LinkedIn, acknowledging the efforts of the team behind this new initiative: “We extend our thanks to everyone at Team Fortnum’s who contributed to making this new experience available to our customers.”
