A new coffee shop in Roswell, blending Eastern European style with American flavors, is operated mostly by Ukrainian refugees.
Kindzer, a representative of the shop, expressed excitement about introducing a Ukrainian brand to the U.S. during such trying times. The idea for Lviv, initiated by CEO Brett Larrabee during a 2018 visit to Ukraine, was accelerated by the recent war.
“We’ve seen a tremendous response,” Larrabee said, noting the shop’s successful opening week.
Visitors have been leaving supportive messages on a post-it board at the shop’s entrance. Each cup features a QR code linking to U4U Kids, a program connecting Ukrainian orphans with American families, reflecting the shop’s commitment to both cultural connection and charitable support.
