Johnson City is set to welcome its third Dunkin’ location, currently under construction at 724 Main Street in Westover. The new store will join existing Dunkin’ outlets on Reynolds Road and Baldwin Street, making it the third Dunkin’ within a 1-square-mile area. Altogether, there are 10 Dunkin’ locations serving the Johnson City area, including Binghamton, Endicott, and Vestal.
Scheduled to open in early September, the latest Dunkin’ will feature a contemporary design and advanced technology. Abbey Celeste, Director of Marketing and Communication for Bapa Network LLC, a company that owns over 80 Dunkin’ locations across the Northeast, highlighted the enhancements that will differentiate the new site from older Dunkin’ stores.
“The Johnson City NextGen Dunkin’ will incorporate the latest technology to ensure consistent delivery of our menu innovations,” Celeste stated. “Guests can expect a more modern ambiance with premium beverage options. The updated design will also enhance the in-restaurant and drive-thru experience, including a dedicated mobile pickup area that allows Dunkin’ Rewards loyalty members to order ahead and get in and out quickly.”
The new location will operate daily from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. A grand opening celebration is planned following the store’s launch, with further details to be announced.
This opening follows recent renovations at another Dunkin’ store at 211 Main Street in Binghamton, which has since reopened after its summer facelift.
