Ellianos Coffee, a popular drive-through specialty coffee brand, has announced its expansion into Tennessee through a new store development agreement in Murfreesboro. This marks the company’s entry into its fifth U.S. state, underscoring its growing influence in the specialty coffee market.
Founded in 2002, Ellianos Coffee has steadily grown its footprint, currently operating 56 locations, primarily across southern Georgia and northern Florida. The brand’s reach has also extended to Alabama and North Carolina, where additional stores are in development.
Known for more than just coffee, Ellianos offers a diverse menu catering to a wide range of customer preferences. Alongside its signature drinks—such as the Caffe Dolce Latte and the iced Tuscany Toffee Latte—the brand also serves fruit smoothies, Red Bull Rushes, teas, and shakes, providing alternatives for those seeking non-coffee beverages.
In addition to its beverage offerings, Ellianos features a variety of food items, including Southern grit bowls, New York-style bagels, and breakfast sandwiches, appealing to a broad customer base.
The company has experienced significant growth throughout 2023 and 2024, particularly in Florida and Georgia, where it has expanded its presence. Additionally, franchise opportunities have become available in states such as Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina, reflecting the brand’s broader growth strategy.
In September 2024, Ellianos signed a development agreement to open four new stores in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, further solidifying its presence in the state. The company already operates in other key areas of Florida, including Orlando and the central region, and maintains eight stores in the Jacksonville area.
