DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) — The Bienvenue Coffee Fest brought together coffee enthusiasts from the region on Saturday at the St. Louis County Depot. Featuring over 14 coffee vendors, the event offered attendees a chance to engage in coffee tastings, attend expert presentations, and explore the latest trends in coffee.
Organizers highlighted the fest’s dual purpose: to foster community connections and provide educational insights that could transform attendees’ appreciation of coffee. “The educational component and the inspiration part of it also is in play,” said Mary Tennis, Director of the St. Louis County Depot. “So, it’s pretty easy to go from having a sip of coffee to learning why that sip tastes like it does.”
Popular activities included a latte art throw-down and the opportunity to interact with kittens at the Wired Whisker cat café area.
