Since its launch in 2012, the Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE) has emerged as a premier global coffee tradeshow, celebrated for its dynamic networking and business opportunities. Scheduled for March 20-22, 2025, MICE will again gather industry leaders, showcasing the latest equipment, technology, and green bean representation from around the world.
Show Director Lauren Chartres emphasizes the event’s return to its March slot, aiming to reinforce Melbourne’s status as the coffee capital and making MICE a key date in the international coffee calendar.
A notable enhancement for 2025 is the formation of an advisory committee comprised of industry leaders from renowned brands such as La Marzocco and Single O. This committee aims to tailor the event to better serve the coffee community’s needs. Barry Moore, Managing Director of La Marzocco Australia, underscores MICE’s role in showcasing Australia’s diverse coffee heritage and evolving café culture.
With continued commitment to innovation and community support, MICE 2025 promises to deliver an even more valuable experience for attendees and exhibitors alike.
