Scooter’s Coffee is moving forward with plans for a new drive-thru location at 645 E. South Boulder Road in Louisville. The company has submitted a request for approval on this new construction project.
The upcoming outlet will be located in the Village Square Shopping Center and will replace 49 existing parking spaces to make way for a one-story drive-thru facility.
Franchisee John Donicht, who has extensive entrepreneurial experience, will oversee the new location. Donicht has a proven track record, having been involved in the establishment of several successful companies.
Founded in 1998 by Don and Linda Eckles, Scooter’s Coffee has been rapidly expanding. Last year alone, the brand opened 155 new locations and aims to reach a total of 700 stores nationwide.
