Cooks Coffee Company has announced a remarkable 23.1% increase in total sales, with store sales climbing 26% to reach £16.4 million. Sales from stores in Ireland surged by 36%, contributing £11 million to the total, while other locations experienced a 6.7% growth, amounting to £5.1 million.
The company has successfully opened ten new stores and intends to launch at least ten more by the end of the year, with the possibility of additional openings. Each new store is projected to contribute approximately £20,000 to the company’s revenue, marking a significant but conservative impact.
Aiden Keegan, CEO of Cooks Coffee, expressed optimism about the upcoming half-year financial results, which are set to be released in November. He anticipates that this period will break previous records for the company.

Total group store sales increased by 23.1%, totaling £13.8 million (NZ$28.5 million).
Store sales in the UK rose by 32.4%, reaching £9.5 million (NZ$19.7 million), while Ireland saw a 6.4% increase, totaling £4.3 million (NZ$8.8 million).
As of September 1, 2024, Cooks Coffee operates 83 locations across the UK and Ireland, up from 75 on April 1, 2024.
The company has a robust pipeline for new stores, with over ten additional outlets expected to open before the financial year concludes.
